When Deodhar scarred Biplab

Posted on 14 May 2018 by admin

Of late, Tripura CM Biplab Deb and the BJP’s in-charge for the northeastern state Sunil Deodhar have drawn swords. And the clash is making noise on social media. Knowingly, or maybe unknowingly, Deodhar had started liking all such comments where the Biplab government was being criticised.
After this, Amit Shah summoned Dheodhar to Delhi and said that what sort of anti-party approach is he adopting After this, Deodhar returned to Tripura and flooded his social media handles with all the praiseworthy works done by the government.
Similarly, when Biplab reached Delhi to attend the CMs’ conference, PM gave him an earful for his of late derogatory remarks. Actually, Biplab is scarred that Deodhar wanted to instead crown Health Minister Sudip Roy Burman as the CM of the state. However Sangh did not agree to this saying that Biplab is own fellow while Sudip has come from Congress. Sangh felt that the party has already committed this mistake of elevating Sonowal, who had come from AGP, as Assam’s CM.

Vasundhara’s new advisors

Posted on 14 May 2018 by admin

In the recent past when Rajasthan CM Vasundhara Raje was called upon by BJP high-command in Delhi, the attitude of the command forced Raje to reconsider her political tactics. Sources tell that in Delhi she met with an experienced English journalist who these days runs a portal after being terminated from his newspaper’s editorial team. It is being said that Raje invited him to Jaipur and asked him to take over her media management.
Raje’s media management has now soared to a new high and some or the other news is being planted around Raje everyday that how she didn’t bow down to the BJP high-command. Even Raje’s close MLAs have also come to the front stating that in case the party tries to replace Raje in the state with any other leader, then rebellion will storm up within the saffron party.
Once media used to publish what Raje said, but now the tables have turned and Raje is speaking what the special media group advices.

Kamal Nath’s one man show

Posted on 14 May 2018 by admin

Scorching heat has blanketed the city. In such summery days, it’s an old-age practice of politicians to make a trip to soothing-weathered Europe. If we have a look at Madhya Pradesh, the state is all set for electoral days but in the midst of this Congress veteran Digvijay Singh, who recently concluded his six months long 3500 kilometer Narmada Yatra, is set to take a long vacation in Europe with his wife Amrita. Madhya Pradesh Congress’ election committee coordinator Jyotiraditya Scindia is also packed up for a family holiday in Europe. Rahul Gandhi is also prepping for his Kailash Mansarovar Yatra. This leaves party leader Kamal nath – which means it will be interesting to see what all political heat will he be able to generate in the poll-bound state all by himself.

Spandana’s Rahul connect

Posted on 14 May 2018 by admin

Rahul Gandhi may have publicly well maintained a distance from Congress’ IT-cell head Divya Spandana, who is credited with taking Congress to new heights on Social Media, but sources tell that the Congress president till date has full trust over her and never overlooks any of her requests.
Trusted sources tell that a weak ahead of the Karnataka elections, a big-shot industrialist of the state, who owns a huge liquor empire, was interested in putting his money to the party’s funds. Somebody introduced him to Divya. He told her that he doesn’t want to hand over this money to Siddaramaiah because he never listens to anyone. He expressed his willingness to passage the amount to Sonia Gandhi via Ahmad Patel. On this, Divya suggested that wy is he taking the long route when he can directly land his money into Congress’ funds via none other than the party president himself. The industrialist nodded along.
That night Rahul Gandhi was staying at a Bengaluru hotel where Divya, without any hurdels, directly reached him along with the industrialist. Not making any claims, but there is a very thin line between proximity and convenience when it comes to relations.

Mukhtar aces PMO report

Posted on 07 May 2018 by admin

The election year is knocking on the door and with this the PMO is busy preparing the report cards of various ministers and their ministries. Reliable sources associated with the PMO tell that in the first phase of the rating of performances, Gadkari’s Road Transport Ministry, Rural Development Ministry of Narendra Singh Tomar and the Ministry of Minority Affairs of Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi have passed with distinction.
Anyway, Naqvi’s ministry is talk of the town with the latest results of the UPSC examinations. After the independence of the UPSC in 2017, the success figure of minority candidates touched a new high. In the latest results, where 131 candidates of the 990 successful candidates are from the minority community across the country, out of which 51 are Muslims. There are 6 Muslims in the list of top 100 successful candidates, out of which 3 are girls. The ministry claims that such a scheme has become possible due to the ‘Nayi Udaan-Naya Savera’ under which the children of the minority community are instructed not only to prepare for the UPSC exams, but also given a Rs 50 thousand to 1 lakh financial help.
The data released by the Ministry has shown comparative data of 48 months of Modi government as opposed to 48 years of other governments, in which it has been stated that in these four years of scholarship and other educational empowerment schemes, the ministry has assisted 2 crore 66 lakh children. Under the ministry’s ‘Seekho aur Kamaao’, ‘Ustad’, ‘Nayi Manzil’, ‘Kaushal Vikas Yojana’ schemes, 5 lakh 43 thousand 594 minority youth have been helped. Before 2014, the number of such beneficiary youth was only 20,164. Under the women empowerment schemes, 121 lakh minority girls have been helped. In the minority dominated areas, more than 340 ‘Sadbhav Mandap’ multipurpose community centers were established. And even though this government has ended the Hajj subsidy, but for the first time, Muslim women are going to Hajj without any ‘mahram’.
Although the figures boast of the achievements of the Modi government, the wrinkle of worry on the face of the community remains intact and is not being addressed anywhere.

What will happen with Yeddyurappa?

Posted on 07 May 2018 by admin

Lingayat leader BS Yeddyurappa may have been declared the chief ministerial candidate of the Karnataka BJP, but questions are still doing rounds that whether the party actually beseat him on the CM chair on once bagging the victory. Poor Yeddurappa has so far shared the election campaign stage with the PM only once. It is said that after this he was instructed not to share any further stages with the PM. A similar unauthorised code of conduct was applied on him for sharing stages with party president Amit Shah. In such scenario where the party heads are avoiding to even share stage with him, it is natural that a question mark still hangs on the CM-future of Yeddyurappa. BJP’s history also stands in the favour of the odds. When Dhumal, a candidate for CM post in Himachal, lost on his ticket then one of his unknown disciples was made Chief Minister of the state. In Jharkhand, Arjun Munda was the candidate for the post of CM, but he also lost the elections and another unknown face Raghubar Das was throned.

BJP counts on Sriramulu

Posted on 07 May 2018 by admin

Now the million dollar question is that if BJP supremos ditch Yeddyurappa, then who will be the CM face of the party? Trusted sources linked with BJP suggest that in such a scenario, the party might ponder over two names – one of the two being BL Santosh who is considered as close to Modi as he is to the Sangh; and the second being Dalit leader Sriramulu who hails from the Valmiki Samaj and is contesting from two seats this time. Sriramulu has openly challenged Siddaramaiah in his bastion and firmly standing in the battleground against him. Despite being Dalit, Sriramulu is contesting on a general ticket, has a stronghold in four districts, and instead of putting the party funds in use, is investing his own money. With the slogan of ‘Party with a differnce’, there was a time the BJP had maintained all possible distance from Sriramulu and Reddy brothers and with the changing tides, today they are star campaigners of the party in the state. There is no greater decision maker than the need of hour in politics.

Gone are the days of Raje?

Posted on 07 May 2018 by admin

Rajasthan CM Vasundhara Raje may gasp a breath of relief for now but her tug-of-war with BJP heads is still on-going. This is the reason why Vasundhara supporters are being cut off slowly-slowly from the party’s state unit. In the recent days, anti-Vasundhara slogans are also heating up. The results of the recent bypolls are a clear indication that the party will field with a new face this time. Sources tell that union minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore has been shouldered with the responsibility of campaign committee. But who will be the chief ministerial candidate for the BJP is still under the covers.

Shah’s Bengaluru bungalow

Posted on 30 April 2018 by admin

BJP president Amit Shah is camped-up in Karnataka for past six days. According to sources, a luxury six-room house has been rented for Shah in Central Bengaluru, where he is luxuriously stay put. Here, the regular attendees are Murlidhar Rao, Prakash Javadekar, Ananth Kumar, BS Yeddyurappa and BL Santosh.
BL Santosh is considered as a close aide of Mohan Bhagwat and Modi. Sources reveal that Ananth Kumar is also reporting directly to Modi. BL Santosh is being considered as a major contender for the Chief Ministerial post. Perhaps, this is the reason why when Yeddyurappa is called for a meeting with Shah, Santosh is kept in the dark about it, and vice-versa.
Sources reveal that while on one hand, the BJP high command has told Janardhana Reddy to keep every possible distance from the party’s public forums, on the other hand, whenever Yaddyurappa holds a meeting, he never misses out on taking Janardhana along with him on stage. This is sprouting embarrassing situations for the BJP which sometimes Shah finds difficult to tackle.
