Congress is after Mamata

Posted on 06 March 2012 by admin

The Congress knows without a doubt that sooner or later, Mamata will call back her ministers from the Central government and support the UPA from outside. So, the Congress is also managing the media about Mamata so that it should create as much negativity about her among the public as it can. That is why Mamata’s nephew’s case was picked up by a big media house (whose owner is said to be close to 10, Janpath) and its newspapers and channels gave prominence to the case and added the entire case to Mamata’s family’s thirst for power. Actually, the Congress’ plan is to have Mamata not recall her ministers until Presidential elections and stays as a part of the UPA government.

What awaited Kripa Shankar?

Posted on 06 March 2012 by admin

The former party president of Mumbai Congress is going to find the law’s noose tightening. Kripa Shankar was a victim of that political formula of the Congress where they party gets its own person or an NGO collect all evidence against those who are against the party or to control it satraps, and then goes to the court against the person based on a public interest litigation (PIL). Later, such cases are handed over to the CBI for investigation. Just like it happened in the case of late Rajshekhar Reddy’s son Jagmohan Reddy’s case. It is believed that a camp of Maharashtra Congress initiated a north Indian Deepak Tiwari to lodge a PIL against Kripa Shankar at the Mumbai High Court. In this matter, the clever thing that the Mumbai camp did was that it did not ask a Marathi person to register a PIL about how a man selling bananas have disproportionate assets more than Rs 400 crore? In such a scenario, this would have become a case of the Marathi manoos vs a north Indian and Kripa Shankar would have come across as a hero. Sources reveal that after Kripa Shankar this PIL ace may be directed at Sharad Pawar, too, who was badly defeated at the municipality elections in Mumbai.

Pandya murder makes it to the headlines, yet again

Posted on 28 February 2012 by admin

Haren Pandya’s murder is soon to hit the headlines again. It is worth remembering here that the Ahmedabad trial court had found nine of the 12 accused in the case. All of them were later buried for lack of proper evidence. Pandya’s wife constantly kept talking about the case and said that she will rest in peace only when those guilty of her husband’s murder are punished. The Congress had a feeling the entire episode was reeking of politics and so handed over the case to the CBI. The CBI investigation is indicating and questioning if Sohrabuddin and Tulsi Prajapati had a role to play in the murder of Haren Pandya, because of which they too died during a police encounter.

Jayalalithaa’s friendship with Modi goes back a long way, but she didn’t pay heed to his words in the beginning, but then one day when the penny dropped, she got Sashikala and her family’s phones tapped by an investigative agency and these phone tapping information revealed some secrets that shocked the Tamilian queen. Sonia did not meet Mallya

Posted on 28 February 2012 by admin

Expecting victory at every turn and bend in life’s journey, the roads for Vijay Mallya have never been this bumpy. For the past several days, Mallya is trying to meet UPA President Sonia Gandhi, but 10, Janpath, has not given him the time to meet her. Sources reveal that Mallya’s colourful life has never gone down well with the Gandhi family, especially Sonia and Priyanka. So, when Mallya was trying to ask the government for a special package for Kingfisher Airlines, the government turned him down directly. Now Mallya wants to turn all his debts into long-term loans and also wants that all his company accounts that have been frozen should defreeze. It seems this demand of his will be met, but the rest of his demands are on the back burner

Chaddha’s increasing clout

Posted on 20 February 2012 by admin

When the Income Tax department raided 17 places belonging to popular industrialist and alcohol baron Ponty Chaddha last fortnight, the noise about it also reverberated the ruling party’s hidden hand in it. And questions are constantly echoing in political corridors that why did Ponty go to meet Pranab Mukherji and Amita Paul right before the raids? Although there has not been any official consent of these meetings, sources reveal that Ponty was successful in meeting the finance minister. And there was a lot of talk about how the raids at Ponty’s places revealed that he had Rs 250 crore in cash, but on the lines of much ado about nothing, only Rs 100 was showed to have been recovered from Ponty’s locker in Noida’s Centre Stage Mall. Thus, in government records, only two currency notes of Rs 50 denominations were found. The entire episode is shocking and begs for answers, too. S S Rana, the official under whom the CBDT had organised the entire plan was hurriedly transferred. The Central government hopes that this alone will quieten down the matter. But looks like the government is oblivious to the fact that it will have to answer several unanswered questions from the public.

When will the Sangh leaders be arrested?

Posted on 20 February 2012 by admin

The NIA has given an application to the home ministry about arresting some prominent Sangh leaders. Now it is only about a yes from the Congress. The arrest of Kamal Chauhan is also long awaited – he was the main accused in the Samjhauta Express bomb incident. The NIA feels he should have been arrested a long time ago. At the same time, when M K Narayanan was the National Security Advisor, he had collected a lot of evidence against the Sangh leaders. He later met Advani and showed him the documents and Advani could not say anything. Now the Central government is in a fix because a significant election is going on in Uttar Pradesh and if the Sangh leaders are arrested during this time, the saffron party will cash in on the issue under the leadership of Uma Bharti. At the same time, a section of the Congress party feels that no matter what the staunch Hindu votes feel after the arrest, the Congress will gain the attention of Muslim votes. The Congress high command is yet to take a final decision about this.

Somnath’s Bengali connection

Posted on 07 February 2012 by admin

Forgotten in the new political equations, what was the charismatic Communist leader Somanth Chatterjee doing in Delhi for the past six weeks? Sources reveal that on the invitation of Home Minister P Chidambaram, he was in Delhi to offer legal advice. Badly tangled in the 2G scam, Chidambaram had too many hopes from legal prowess and on his association with Somnath, who was once a barrister. But he couldn’t offer too much help to Chidambaram on the 2G issue. But the sentence from the judgement that says “Chidambaram had no talks with Raja about this” will help him a lot. This will provide him help in the legal proceedings in the future.

Bartering money for stage

Advocating corporate working in saffron party, Nitin Gadkari’s political management is unparalleled. Gadkari’s close aide and human computer Arun Narendranath is keeping a tab on each and every seat of UP. Team Narendranath is also doing a secretive survey about the seats where it can sense a BJP fight and for seats where he can sense its party contestants have a good chance of winning, calls are being made to the contestants that they should organise a Gadkari meeting at their place, where the expenses will be paid for. A BJP contestant clarified he was offered a sum of Rs five lakh for such a meeting. If even Rs two lakh is spend in such a meeting, the contestants still stand to gain a profit of Rs three lakh. So now Gadkari demand is gradually growing in UP.
