Sources reveal that these telecom companies have decided that now that Justice Ganguly has retired, they will file a review petition in the 2G issue. The companies believe that it was the government policies that were at fault and this caused the companies all the problems. These companies also believe that if they pay the fine imposed by the court, it will have an impact on the criminal proceedings of the case. So all companies involved in the 2G issue are, for now, focusing on drafting the review petition.
