And since the Planning Commission is working on its 12th Five Year Plan (2012-17) and wants to incorporate youth’s ambitions and sentiments and make them more real, the Yojana Bhavan has recruited young people between 20-30 years of age as consultants. Not only has the plan got a sanction from the Planning Commission’s Deputy Chairman Montek Singh Ahluwalia, but the State Planning Minister Ashwini Kumar can be seen being proactive and generous with the plan.
