The Congressman in the central hall

Posted on 16 August 2011 by admin

While on one hand Congress Parliamentarians are doing whatever they want, on the other hand, several other party Parliamentarians have lost self-faith. Is that the reason most Congress benches in both houses are nearly empty and most party members are seen talking in the central hall?

The whole truth about black money

Posted on 16 August 2011 by admin

The real truth about Indian black money accounts in foreign banks is even beginning to reveal itself on Twitter now. The list was doing the rounds in the political corridors for a long time, and an English daily newspaper even said that the list of people with such accounts is nearly 700. But only one foreign bank is being talked about while the total Indian money planted in such accounts equals nearly 1,24,000 crore in foreign banks. Which means there are other banks involved, too, and the bank whose name has been mentioned must have already siphoned the money elsewhere. And maybe the news was leaked from government agencies for solely this purpose.

Talking hanging with Ulfa

Posted on 16 August 2011 by admin

The government’s dialogue with the Ulfa is stuck. Ulfa’s hardliner group (Paresh Barua) is not ready to accept the pro forma of the government’s agreement. So that the dialogue doesn’t break midway, the government mediators have already sprung to action and are trying to make the agreement a lot more flexible. Arvind Rajkhowa is ready but Barua is giving the government a hard time sitting in Myanmar.

Posted on 16 August 2011 by admin

After a TV channel’s recent public opinion survey, the BJP is brimming with confidence. According to the survey results, along with Delhi, all Hindi-speaking states are said to have a preference for the BJP over the Congress. But the lotus may wilt in Punjab, and sensing this, a saffron leader from Amritsar Navjot Singh Siddhu has decided that this time he will contest the Lok Sabha elections from west Delhi. Also, another shining star of the party Arun Jaitley may try his luck from the New Delhi Parliamentary area.

When he reached Ashok Argal’s house, all top leaders of the BJP were present there, where the sting was talked about.

Impeachment motion on Sen

Posted on 16 August 2011 by admin

The biggest case of impeachment motion on a serving judge will soon reach the Parliament. The case is about Soumitra Sen, who is being accused that as a liquidator (when he was a lawyer), the money from a property was put in his personal account. The committee formed to investigate the matter has held Sen guilty. The impeachment motion will now reach the Rajya Sabha on 17-18 August, and on 24-25 in Lok Sabha. For the Parliament to pass it, the motion will have to get a majority of two-third votes, but a whip can’t be passed for the same. Until the last moment, the law ministry is trying to get the justice to resign himself so that he can save everyone the trouble.

Journalist in sting operation

Posted on 16 August 2011 by admin

The political corridors are talking a lot about a certain CD, which is said to contain proof of 11 prominent journalists in the capital accepting money. It is said that the sting operation was done by a former Congress minister (who is now a governor). With the help of a big BJP leader from the Bengali market area in Delhi and thanks to Yeddyurappa’s money bag, the governor was getting a lot of bad press by stories being planted against him, in which allegedly, 11 prominent journalists (both print and TV) were being bribed and taped. It is being said that the CD should hit the market in another week or two, and several people with clean images will see their reputations being flung out for the public to see.

Karamveer at Congress’ mercy

Posted on 16 August 2011 by admin

Uttar Pradesh’s DGP Karamveer Singh is going to retire soon, but only as far as his post goes, and now where his ambitions are concerned. There was a time when he wiped Maya madam’s shoes and it kicked such a fuss. Now he is ready to do anything for the Congress, too. So on Satish Mishra’s behest, Digvijay Singh himself is representing him. Karamveer is karamveer (a solid worker) and wants the Central government to give him a chance to serve it, too, so that he either becomes a special secretary with the home ministry or a state governor. Since he does know well the way to get a good post, you never know….

BSP-Congress’ mishmash

Posted on 16 August 2011 by admin

The Congress calls it politics and the SP calls it a double game. On one hand, while some Congress leaders are cooking something together with some SP leaders for the next UP Assembly elections, there are some Congress leaders associated with UP, who are playing hide and seek with the BSP. So, the moment Rajiv Shukla becomes a minister at the Centre, Satish Mishra, who is close to Maya, goes to Shukla’s residence to congratulate him. When Mayavati develops worry lines because of disproportionate assets, Satish Verma feet lead him to Law Minister Salman Khurshid’s house on August 2, at 9.45 pm on Tuesday. When they come out together, he has a relieved look on his face, and the present times prove so.
