Arun Jaitely is going through a stroke of good luck nowadays. His speech in the Rajya Sabha became the talk of the media, and it looks like an old desire of his might just be met with. Jaitely has always believed that to appoint judges, India should have a National Judicial Commission. This work is currently done by Collegiums of Judges. Now the government looks ready to have a Judicial Commission.
