BJP’s culture of pamphlets and hand bills is an old one. And party’s own established leaders covertly distribute pamphlets and CDs about their own party members and involvement in scandals and scams. The newest case in about Uttarakhand Chief Minister Nishank. His alleged involvement in scams is being relished and discussed in political corridors.
