There are possibilities Justice Dinakaran may be buried of the charges. The Rajya Sabha had formed a three-member probe committee against him. The committee has one Supreme Court and one high court judge with Nariman being the third. The committee hasn’t got any substantial proof against him; the parliamentarians who had written letters against him are also changing their stand now and have confesses that they don’t have any solid witnesses against him.
