Officially, Bihari Yadav owns the company and it is registered in his name, but the surprising bit is that this company is getting all assignments of road construction in UP. Later, the company divides the task between smaller workmen, and no executive engineer in UP has the courage to stop any bill for Bihari Constructions, or questions it authenticity.
