It is being said that Hooda got in touch with INLD Chief Om Prakash Chautala at the residence of one of his confidantes. He presented a formula to Chautala wherein if Chautala family will help Dependra in Rohtak, he too will assist Chautala’s grandson Dushyant Chautala in Hissar.
