If Delhi’s vice-governor does not give a proposal to the President for yet another Assembly elections in the state, the BJP may stake claim to form governments in the states of Uttarakhand and Delhi. Harsh Vardhan may be Delhi’s chief minister from the BJP and in that case the seat left vacant by him (if he wins from Chandni Chowk) may be contested by Vijendra Gupta or Sudhanshu Mittal.
