It’s a different Lutyen’s Delhi ever since Narendra Modi came to power. Rahul and Sonia’s cut-outs, hoardings and posters that were to be seen everywhere in central Delhi, have been replaced by Modi and the flower lotus. The sole hoarding of Rahul Gandhi’s is now visible at the garbage area at Rajendra Prasad Road, which is adjacent to Ashok Road. The face now doesn’t face the road but the garbage area. It is true when they say that those in Delhi get a whiff of power play before anyone else.
