The party had given tickets to 97 Muslim candidates in the region controlled by BSP strongman and Mayawati’s close confidant Naseemuddin Siddiqi. But the rumour is that the Muslim youth are complete fans of youth icon Akhilesh Yadav, hence the trouble for Maya.
