Former CBI Director A P Singh may see his worried grow. It was almost sure he will join the Indian Human Right Commission (NHRC) after retirement. He was also getting assured by the government for the same. Maybe that was one reason he did not let go off the bungalow he had been allotted in Lutyen’s zone as the CBI director; since he will become the NHRC director, he may as well continue living there. It is believed that keeping in mind the BJP’s stand against A P Singh at NHRC, S C Sinha may take the post. It is worth mentioning here that this is the same S C Sinha who lost the CBI director race from Ranjit Sinha. For now, there is likelihood that A P Singh will be sent to UPSC as a member. |
