For instance, Delhi Police’s Niraj Kumar, Sharad Sinha of Haryana cadre and Atul Kumar of UP cadre. But Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda was aggressively lobbying for Sharad Sinha. Sources reveal that he had even met the all-powerful in the Congress Ahmad Patel for Sinha. Hooda has the blessings of Patel. The idea of Delhi Police Chief Niraj Kumar among the Congress high command nowadays is that he is a tad soft on Arvind Kejriwal.
