How Many Seats in Bihar BJP’s Hat?

September 03 2018

Sources coo that Nitish had offered Amit Shah 14+3 seat-share math – i.e. 14 seats in Bihar, one-one each in Jharkhand, UP and 1 other state. BJP should contest itself on 18 seats in Bihar, 2 for Upendra Kushwaha, 1 seat for Arun Kumar and 5 for Ram Vilas Paswan’s Lok Janshakti. On the other hand, Madhepura seat should be left for Pappu Yadav, from where Sharad Yadav is to contest either on RJD’s ticket or with its support.
The coo in Bihar is also that Pappu Yadav’s wife Ranjit Ranjan may also migrate from Congress to his husband’s party Jan Adhikar Party (Loktantrik) and contest on its ticket.
BJP may also leave seats for Pappu and his wife. So how many seats fall in BJP’s hat?
