Despite the gigantic efforts made by Sangh leadership to facilitate the blooming of ‘Lotus’ in Delhi, the party cadres visibly appeared disgruntled. The party workers were neither excited to come out of their homes nor did they make any effort to motivate public to come out and vote, against what was seen in 2014.
