He said that he could see Rajiv Gandhi in his mind’s eye when he heard Rahul’s speech with his eyes closed. Those against PC say it is the effect of Radiia tapes because the Congress high command is trying to get under the whole Radiia tape leak. It is believed that the tapes were leaked with the instructions of one of PC’s industrialist friends.
