Lokpal Bill will be passed but not during the coming monsoon session. The Congress doesn’t want that Team Anna should go around proclaiming that the UPA government is not keen on Lokpal and that the politicians didn’t allow the Bill to be passed. Thus, the UPA government will surely pass its Lokpal Bill which will have a Lokpal and a Lokpal Bhavan, but in the next session.
